Why? Because…

… I have spent a good one third of my life on the westshore of Lake Tahoe.  I have been a visitor and a local on and off, lived here and conducted every aspect of my life here.  My escapades were mostly off the beaten path in a wilderness I have always considered private but now I find it more fun to share and also listen to what others enjoy about Lake Tahoe.  There is a renaissance occurring on the westshore and Tahoe City.  It is very exciting time.

By the way, I sell real estate here too.  Renaissance and real estate go perfectly together.
